Lisa und Andy ziehen mit ihrer Tochter Heidi aufs Land, ein idyllisches Grundstück in Georgia hat es ihnen angetan. Doch das Haus hat eine Vergangenheit, und in der sind nicht nur schöne Dinge passiert. Ein geheimnisvoller Fremder namens Mr. Gory jedenfalls hat Heidi von den weniger schönen Sachen erzählt.
