Tom und Kate Baker sind seit 23 Jahren glücklich verheiratet und haben sieben Söhne und fünf Töchter in die Welt gesetzt. Alles läuft seine - soweit bei dieser Kinderschar möglich - geregelten Bahnen, bis Tom seinen Traumjob als Football-Trainer in Chicago antreten soll.
