Black Belly of the Tarantula
Ein Psychopath ermordet kaltblütig die hübsche Maria, indem er sie mit Insektengift erst paralysiert und danach gekonnt ausweidet: das Grauenvolle ist, Maria muss bei vollen Bewusstsein aber bewegungslos ihrem eigenen Mord zusehen. Inspektor Tellini, noch neu in seiner Position, wird mit der Ermittlung beauftragt. Er verdächtigt ihren Ehemann Paolo, der sich auch sofort aus dem Staub macht. Schnell hat Tellini einen zweiten Mord im gleichen modus operandi auf dem Tisch, die Dame war im Drogenhandel tätig. Und es gibt weitere Opfer, Tellini selbst und seine Frau geraten ins Netz des Mörders - bis ihn die Spur endlich zu einer Massagepraxis und dem gnadenlosen Showdown führt...
